Symbiosis,Co-construction and Linkage of Rural Community Construction and Villagers' Autonomy

Rural community construction is the strategy to adjust the relationship between state and society,transform rural social management system and change the way that party and government govern rural community,and it also provides a historic opportunity for rural governance transformation.Rural community construction is closely related with villagers' autonomy:on the one hand,social life community,which rural community strives to build creates a good developing space for villagers' autonomy,reconstructs the social basis of villagers' autonomy and promotes the villagers' self-government system to function effectively;on the other hand,villagers' autonomy provides internal support for rural community development,nurtures and exploits community resources which is of great help to improve community self-management and self-service abilities.To achieve joint development of rural community construction and villagers' self-government,rural internal autonomy elements must be waken up and rural self-development resources must be exploited and integrated to develop a new way of indigenous development.
