Abstract

Gen Yue was a scenic spot. It cost 20 years to build in Emperor Song Hui-zong's period. In order to satisfy his endless desire, Emperor Song Hui zong would spend all the wealth of the country. He led people into distress. When Gen Yue was completed, North Song dynasty also died out. Emperor Song Hui-zong was captured by the State of Jin. He deserved punishment and scorn of histoty.
