It is a inevitable choice of our country to develop Farmer Cooperatives to realize agricultural modernization under the existing land system.But the Farmer Cooperatives should continue to improve and perfect to realize the four goals of agricultural modernization from the angle of Agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.The government should guide the development of Farmer Cooperatives by tax preference or agricultural subsidy and limit the behaviors which don't accord with the goal of agricultural modernization.At the same time,Farmer Cooperatives should strengthen itself by extending its industrial chain and build its own brand through which make the Farmer Cooperatives become powerful to face the competition of market.
