Analysis of Farmer Cooperatives' Development in Gansu

In recent years,farmer cooperatives are developing rapidly in Gansu Province.They have some characteristics,for example,the number is increasing,the diversity of industry and service,the standardization is improving and the scale is enlarging.The development of farmer cooperatives has improved the farmers' quality,has increased farmers' income and government's revenue,has made great contribution for the local social and economic development.But farmer cooperatives are in initial stage,some shortages exist,such as the service level is low,the income of the venture is unstable and support fund is short.So increasing government investment and insisting on the principle of standardization in development will be the overall thinking for future development of farmer cooperatives.
