Abstract
The experiment resort to the pot culture.The petroleum degradation rate was studied under the condition of different oil density and different culture time.The results showed that the petroleum density,culture time and the microorganism's density influenced extremely on the petroleum degradation rates,which had a good effect in plant microbe combination repair the petroleum pollutant when the petroleum pollutant density was between 5.0% and 10.0% and the bactericide density wass4.0%.The petroleum degradation rate reached 78.7%.The petroleum density of more than 10.0%could produce a toxicity to microorganis,even killed directly the microorganisms.The findings probably provided the theorical supports for researching the petroleum pollution in the future.
