Clinical analysis of patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation were retrospectively analyzed. Results The myeloid functional recovery was poor in the patients who had been treated with conservative therapy but good in patients who had been treated with operative therapy. Conclusion The operative treatment promises better outcome than the conservative treatment. Patients with cervical cord injury without fracture and dislocation who had pathological basis should be operated in time.
