Studies on Perfecting the Legislation of Labor Contract in China

Abstract
To prefect the legislation of labor contract is the base of stabilization of labor relations.In the legislation of labor contract, we must extend the principal parts of labor contract to universality,and recompose the terms of labor contract.We should establish the principle of unfixed term system and make an exception of fixed terms of labor contract.If the employers relieve the labor contract,they should process it in the very act of the procedure.We should set up standard items in the labor contract in order to reinforce labor rights.
