Abstract
The teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political education courses is important to the ideological and political theory education.The teacher is one of the important factors among many factors which influence the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political education courses.To improve the teaching effectiveness of the ideological and political education courses,there is a lot of work to do,not only improving teachers'professional skills,teaching skills and communication skills,but also improving their research level,broadening the cognitive view and constructing the rational knowledge structure etc.to safeguard the improve of the teachers'basic teaching skills.
