Abstract
The determination of gallic acid in Ampelosis grossedentata by RP-HPLC was studied. The sample was separated by Phenomenex(Luna) C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water(containing 0.05% phosphoric acid)(10∶90,V/V) at 30 ℃,and detected at 280 nm with the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The results showed that the linear range of gallic acid was 0.057 4~0.344 4 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 99.15%(RSD=1.80%,n=9).The established method was accurate, rapid and suitable for detecting gallic acid in A.grossedentata.
