Orientation & Organization Mode of Construction Supervision

Whereas great progress has been made in construction supervision sector in China, many misunderstandings still exist in orientation and effects of construction supervision, mode of supervision and work mechanism of supervision, etc. It will be imperative, for further widening supervision field and promoting development of the supervision industry, to develop all-around supervision and reform charging mode, strengthen supervisory power and responsibility. At present, there are mainly three organization modes including self-supervision, social supervision and composite supervision. It may be not appropriate if single supervision mode is put on undue emphasis. The supervision orientation should be first defined and supervision mode is fixed according to the specific construction project, in order to fully play the supervision role and promote successful completion of a project.
