The Sustainable Development of China's Industrial Clusters and Public Policy Choices

The development of China's industrial clusters is based on the background of market economic reform,internationalization,and industrial modernization. At present,the main competitive advantage of China's industrial clusters is characteristic by low cost,located in low-road,where exists competitive advantage gap to support China's development of industrial clusters. Therefore,we have to confront this fact. From evolution perspective,based on path dependence theory,the article focuses on lock-in effects in the development of China's industrial clusters,and according how to avoid or get rid of lock-in,puts forward to relative policy suggestions to support the sustainable development of China's industrial clusters.
