Study on New Security View

The new international security situation put new challenges to humanity security and sustainable development since entering the 21th Century.The traditional security view of taking ideology as the leading factor is changing to the new security view which is based on resources and environment security and focus on handling the relationship among economic development,political security and military security.Establishing new security view is necessary for realization of sustainable development.Our country should set up corresponding system ensure which include national resources strategic reserve system,the new emergency system of governmental crisis management and resource environmental international cooperation mechanism,etc.
