Abstract

Objective To investigate the genotyping of β-lactamases(BLA) in Enterobacter cloacae isolated from the 98th Hospital of PLA,Huzhou,Zhejiang province. Methods Microdilute tests were performed to detect the susceptibility of 20 kinds of antimicrobial agents agaist 20 strains of Enterobacter cloacae.Genotypes of plasmid-AmpC MIR,DHA,TEM,SHV,CTX-M,and OXA were analyzed by PCR.Results There was no strain resistant to Imipenem and Meropenem .The sensitive rate to Cefepime was 40.0%.The resistant rates to other β-lactam antibiotics lay between 80.0% and 100.0%.The positive rates of genes of MIR,DHA,and TEM were 85.0%,5.0%,and 70.0%,respectively.But the genes of SHV,CTXM,and OXA were not found in the 20 strains. Conclusion There were very high positive percentages of genes of plasmid-AmpC MIR and TEM in Enterobacter cloacae isolated from Huzhou,Zhejiang province, and finding the gene of plasmid-AmpC MIR in Enterobacter cloacae is the first report home.
