Reports on Tao Xingzhi's Activities for National Salvation Issued in Jiuguo Shibao before the Breakout of the Full-Scale Anti-Japanese War

Immediately after the December 9th Movement broke out in 1935,Tao Xingzhi devoted himself to the cause of resistance against Japanese aggression.Entrusted by the National Salvation Union,Tao went to Europe and the United States,dedicating himself to publicizing and organizing activities of resisting the Japanese invaders.His activities were reported and promoted by Jiuguo Shibao(National Salvation Times),a publication run by the Chinese Communist Party in Paris.The publicity of Tao's activities for national salvation and his stand manifested in Jiuguo Shibao indicated that both Tao Xingzhi and the publisher shared their views on the cause of national salvation.
