ADR and development of alternative dispute resolution in China

With the economic and social development,the form of disputes are increasingly diversity,relying solely on litigation to resolve all disputes have been unrealistic,so constructing diversity dispute resolution has become the need of the times.Alternative Dispute Resolution is the concern.In our country,not the development of ADR as an alternative dispute resolution proceedings,but in law,the establishment of non-litigation dispute resolution mechanism,a clear legal effect of ADR,ADR proceedings to correctly handle the relationship is a prerequisite.
