The Development Approach of ADR System

Abstract

The major modes of ADR(alternative dispute resolution) in China are mediation and arbitration.However,with the frequent economic activities,the lawsuits caused by all kinds of disputes are increasing and the present modes of ADR are exhibiting their limitations in the resolution of disputes.Therefore,our country should improve the legislation of ADR,expand the approaches of dispute resolution and establish the mechanism of legal and non-legal dispute resolution.
