The Construction and Exploration of Teaching Quality Guarantee and Supervision System for Growing University

This article is trying to build a university and college internal teaching quality guarantee system from four parts: creating a active teaching quality culture, further educational and teaching reform, enhancing teachers team construction and improving management and service quality. A Teaching Quality Management and Monitoring System including Restraint-in-centive Scheme, Teaching Process Supervision System, Teaching Quality Evaluation System and Teaching Information Feed-back System is also established in order to protect teaching quality of growing university, while the scale of school running has been expanding fast and teaching resources is limited relatively.
