Abstract
After describing the mathematic equation for the cycloidal gear in 2K-V reducer,3D parameterization modeling methods for the cycloidal gear were deeply analyzed.Based on SolidWorks,the interface and the template database for the cycloidal gear parameterization design were developed with Visual C++ 6.0.Automatic generation of 3D models of the cycloidal gear was realized by programming,which offered CAD software tool for the parameterization design of the cycloidal gear.
