Democracy:the Essence of Political Civilization

Abstract

People's sovereign rights are the essence of democracy. The extent of the development of democracy is the standard of judging the development of political civilization. Democratic politics is the utmost ideal of political development. To develop socialist democratic politics,and establish socialist political civilization are the importnt goals for us to build overall well-to-do society.
