Abstract

The experiment was conducted in order to determine the effect of different light,temperature,salinity and the method of seed soaking on seed germination under normal or low temperature.The results showed that: the seed germination rate under the treatment of normal temperature was respectively 3%,78% and 94% under the condition of complete dark,complete lighting and natural illumination and the seed germination index was respectively 8.4、9.4、0.4 under the same conditions.The seed germination rate was respectively 71%,87%,16% and the seed germination index was respectively 4.7,5.7,1.6 under the treatment of 10℃,25℃,35℃.In the normal temperature,the germination rate was 84% and the germination index was 7.2 under 0.01 mol/L salt stress.As the concentration of NaCl steped up,the germination rate decreased.The germination rate was over 90% in three methods of seed soaking.Under the low temperature treatment,the peak time of germination was in advance,the peak value was high,the germination rate and germination index upgraded.The illumination facilitate the seed germination,unvarying temperature range,low salt stress and the method of seed soaking encouraged seed germination.had characters of high germination rate,quick germination speed and quiescence.It turned into germinate from quiescence after short-term low temperature.It invaded quickly and became invasive species.
