Analysis on the States and Features of the Farmers' Increasing Income Based on the New Countryside Target——Take Jincheng City as Sample

The large increase of farmers' income was appeared by rural reform.Since 1990s,however,the growing speed of the farmers' income has been slowed down.And the growth rate of farmers' income lagged behind the rate of social economic development,and the imbalance of the farmers' income was also aggravated in successive years.Based on the situation of farmers' increasing income in Jincheng,the change of composition of farmers' income,the regional difference of farmers' income,and the increasing trend of farmers' income were analyzed to find the inherent law of the sustained growth of farmers' income.If we want to lay a solid foundation for the smooth progress in socialist new rural construction,and seek substantial breakthroughs of the farmers' income,we must adjust and optimize the structure of the rural economy,implement the industrialization of agriculture,urbanization of rural areas,at the same time,we need to alleviate burdens and develop agriculture by relying on science and education.
