A Study of Academy-managing System Construction of Chinese Universities from the Nature of University

The development of the society and universities can not change the nature of the university which takes knowledge and academy as the core of its organization system.Therefore,the academy management being the core and the essence of the university management becomes the intrinsic demand of Chinese university management system reform.Academy,the university academy,the higher education management and the university academy management have both relative and different essential connotation respectively.In the history,although Chinese university academy-managing system has had a good beginning and reached the peak,it shows a weak and impoverished state.Therefore,on the international comparative vision constructing modern Chinese university academic management system with its own characteristics,is the objective and direction of China's higher education system and the university's internal management system reforms.
