Abstract

Objectives :Probe into the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients before selective total hip replacement.Methods : 62 patients undergoing THA were randomly devided into two groups.The contral group accepted the routine health education and the intervention group given both the intervention and routine health education,the anxiety level of the two groups at admission and before operation were investigated by SAS.Observed the blood pressure and heart rate of two groups.Results :The treatment groups were comparable at admission for anxiety level,blood pressure and heart rate,the different not significant.The anxiety level,blood pressure and heart rate in intervention group were higher than those of the other group.Conclusion: Nursing intervention could help to relieve anxiety before operation
