Abstract
It is a common problem that the students in vocational colleges have poor initiatives in;earning.Based on the investigation of the vocational college students' learning status,the factors impacting the vocational college students' learning initiative is analyzed and some corresponding strategies are proposed,with the purposes to stimulate the vocational college students' learning initiative,train high qualified skilled workers and meet the social and the needs of economic development.
