Abstract
Under drought intimidate simulated by hypertonic solution, using drought resistance index as basis to screen wheat strains with drought resistance at germination period. Results showed that Meng 2034 and 9342-4-1-3 had the best drought resistance,Mengmai H 8814 had better drought resistance,Bayou No.5,Jizhang you No.2,Ly 03-08 etc. had worse drought resistance, and Caoyou No.1 had the worst drought resistance.Correlation analysis showed that the length of embryo-shoot and it's dry weight ,and reserve substance revolve ratio were correlated significantly with drought resistance index of seed germination, these index could be used as drought resistance identified index for oat at germination period.
