Abstract

Knowledge is digitized and information net is being popularized.How to optimize the service is the core of whole works in the library.The paper discusses the service idea from the point of view of serving the reader wholeheartedly in the modern library environment,that is all what we done is for the reader,what we done is for all the reader,and what we done is for the reader' all wishes.
