Abstract
Reader service is the core of all things in a library,reader service work must renew concept to get adapted to the need of new situation.A few done by the aspect having proceeded from the actual situation,commenting that in improving reader service quality to owe a mansion the past few years from Hubei Normal University library has the main body of a book to imitate an exploration.
