Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship among premature rupture of membranes and delivery style and prenatal complications and to study the clinical treatment measures.Methods:98 cases with premature rupture of membranes are analyzed as controlled group, and 98 cases without premature rupture of membranes are selected as control group. Results:The rates of preterm birth, asphyxia in PROM were 16.3%, 4.1%, which are higher significantly than those of control groups(4.1% and 1.02%).Conclusion:The PROM is the cause of dystocia. We should pay much attention on PROM and patients of PROM with different week of pregnancy should be treated with different methods to decrease the prenatal complications.
