Abstract

Objective:To compare the content of tanshinoneⅡA and salvianolie acid B in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae from different batches. Methods:The contents of tanshinone IIA and salvianolie acid B in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae were determined by HPLC on a C18 column, and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25℃ and the quantification used external standard method. The contents of tanshinone IIA were determined with methanol-water(85∶15)as mobile phase, and the wavelength of UV detector was 270 nm.The contents of salvianolie acid B were determined with methol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water(28.5∶9.5∶1.0∶61.0)as mobile phase, and the wavelength of UV detector was 286 nm.Results:The contents of tanshinone IIA were ranged from 0.149%~0.270%,and the contents of salvianolic acid B were ranged from 2.85%~5.04%.Conclusion:There was relatively large difference in the contents of tanshinone IIA and salvianolic acid B from different batches.
