Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinic effect of candesartan combined amlodipine in hypertension patients with proteinuria. Methods:Ninty patients of hypertension with proteinuria were divided into two groups(A,B).Group A was treated by candesartan 8 mg and amlodipine 5mg every day.Group B was treated only by candesartan 8 mg every day.Blood pressure,24h proteinuria,Cr,BUN were observed before and after treatment. Results:Blood pressure after treatment decreased in Both group, but there was no significant difference(P0.05).The levels of 24h proteinuria,Cr,BUN in group A were lower than those of group B.It was a significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion:candesartan combined amlodipine can keep blood pressure safely and protect kidney effectively.
