Abstract

The construction project management is a management activity based on the entire process of project construction as the object,which involves four basic elements: resources,goals,organization,and environment.Project management is an interrelated organic whole runs through the whole process of project construction,also is a dynamic process continuously adjusted according to the situation.In the progress of construction,we can make preparation of the management of pre-construction,so that can keep pace with many works to improve the timeliness of construction projects.
