Abstract
In light of the specialty of construction product,the author deeply discusses the construction project quality management,and proposes measures to carry out the management from arranging well groups,optimizing constructors,the management of all projects and in the whole process of construction,and objective management,in order to ensure construction quality of construction product and increase the credit standing of construction enterprises.
