Abstract
Objective: The optimal condition of polyphenol extraction from lotus leaf by microwave was studied. Methods: The effects of single fectors, such as microwave treation time, microwave power, ratio of raw materials to liquid, percent of ethanol volume was investigated. Results: The best technical conditions for polyphenol extraction was obtained through orthogonal experiments as follows: ratio of raw materials and solution of 1∶60, microwave power as 300 W, 20% alcohol and extraction period of 150 s.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
