Abstract
Studies of nuclear structure of superheavy nuclei is of great importance in synthesizing of new superheavy elements. The decay lives is one of the important properties for the understanding of superheavy structure. In this paper,we put forward the exponentially decay formula for the half lives of nuclei far from stability.Using this formula, the decay half lives of nuclei in the Z=113-116 isotopes are systematically calculated and discussed. It is shown that the calculated results are in good agreement with theoretical results from macroscopic-microscopic calculations.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
