On Virtual Experiential Learning in the Network Era

The experiential is a way though which learners can acquire knowledge by their experience,with an emphasis on by doing,and doing by learning in the network era.The experiential has another implement form——virtual experiential learning.In this article,the author has put forward a model of virtual experiential learning,and elaborated on the characteristics of virtual experiential learning,such as virtual scene,virtual alternation and virtual process,and explained its disadvantages as well as its relationship with the real experiential learning.
