Problems and Coping Strategies on Enterprise Demand Forecast Accuracy

In view of the demand forecast diversity plays an important role in the business activities of enterprises and its influence factors,based on combing and analyzing methods to predict the actual demand of enterprises and the process,system,management and so on,this paper points out that improving demand forecasting system and improving demand forecasting management through optimizing the demand forecasting method can effectively control demand forecasting and deviation of future market conditions,so as to continuously improve the accuracy of demand forecasting and promote the healthy operation of enterprise production and sales.
