Abstract

The acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a very complex syndrome with high mortality, characterized by noncardiogenic pulmonary edema, hypoxemia and diffuse lung consolidation, which could be caused by a variety of reasons.Currently,ARDS is still lack of evidence-based medicine treatment methods.Researchers found that a number of factors, including lung and pulmonary circulation changes, hemodynamic changes and systemic inflammatory response, are related to the ARDS formation, progression, diagnosis and treatment.
