Dynamic Observation on Fibrosis Indices and Prognosis Assessment of Hepatic Failure

Objective To explor the dynamic changes of liver fibrosis.indexes in patients with liver failure.Methods Fifty cases patients with liver failure in our hospital,and chronic hepatitis(30 cases),normal subjects(30cases) were selected,Indexes of the serum hepatic fibrosis was compared.Results Compared with normal control group,the serum HA,LN,C Ⅳd PCⅢ of chronic hepatitis,cirrhosis liver fibrosis were significantly higher.Compared with chronic hepatitis,above indexes of liver fibrosis group was significantly higher,there was no significant difference between the two groups in indexes.LN,CⅣ and PCⅢ.Treatment 2 weeks,1 month,3 months,a total of 25 patients died,HA,LN levels in serim were decreased.However,CⅣ,PCⅢ did not change significantly.Conclusion As the disease progress or improvement in liver fibrosis in patients could reflect the degree of liver fibrosis can be assessed on the prognosis,early treatment of liver fibrosis,is expected to reverse.
