Determine markers of liver fibrosis in viral hepatitis patients

Objective Determine viral hepatitis in patients with liver fibrosis markers of liver fibrosis in a comprehensive analysis of the situation.Methods RIA detect markers of liver fibrosis serum HA、PCⅢ、LN.Results Patients with hepatitis serum HA content from mild to slow liver cirrhosis of the group changes significantly,and a control group and the former were significantly different(P0.01),especially increased significantly in cirrhosis.Serum PC Ⅲ,LN content in the test group and control group significantly different(P0.01),Slow and mild to moderate liver significant differences between groups(P0.01),but severe and moderate,severe cirrhosis and liver slow group there was no significant difference(P0.05).Cirrhosis of serum LN significantly higher than the average level of chronic hepatitis,but there was no significant difference(P0.05).Serum PC Ⅲ cirrhosis group was significantly lower than the average level of severe liver slow Group(P0.05).Conclusion HA,PCIII,LN in chronic viral hepatitis patients can reflect the level to the extent of liver fibrosis.
