Study of the cardioprotection of ischemic postconditioning

Abstract
Ischemic postconditioning can attenuate the phenomenon of ischemia/reperfusion injury by the application of frequent and intermittent reperfusion/ischemia circulation at the onset of reperfusion following myocardial ischemia.Ischemic postconditioning is a simple,operative procedure for the protection of the coronary endothelial function and cardiomyocyte.It could be used widely in clinic and improve the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction.
