Abstract

To investigate the clinicopathological features of primary central nervous sys-tem lymphoma(PCNSL).Data of10cases with PCNSL were collected, and pathological morphology and immunohistochemical results were analysed. The pathological morpholo-gy and immunohistochemical results showed that all the10cases were B-cell lymphoma.Among them,8cases were diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,2cases were B-small type.[Conclusions]The PCNSL is rare and highly malignant tumor in the brain. The majority of PCNSL were derived from B cells. The tumor cells surround and involve vessels forming cuffing.Immunohistochemistry plays an important role in diagnosis of PCNSL.
