Abstract
A method was developed for the investigation of the leaching characteristics and the speciation of trace Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg,Ni in Dracocephalum moldavica L.(DML)by flame atomic absorption specˉtrophotometry(FAAS).By using0.45μm filter membrane and D101macroreticular resins, four different species of the decoction, namely the suspended, the soluble, the inorganic and organic species were obˉtained, and the trace elements in those species were determined by FAAS,respectively. The n-C 8 H 17 OH-H 2 O system was proposed to simulate the distribution of the trace elements in the gastric and intestine of the human body. The recovery for the method was92%-106%and the relative standard deviation for5determiˉnations was less than3.8%.The results showed that the trace elements in decoction could exist in different species but usually each element has its respective essential species.
