Abstract
Plantlets regeneration from leaf explants of Phalanopsis were studied. The results showed that:(1)Decontamiated-materials could be obtained by inducing from floral stalk, and proliferation of plantlet was achieved on Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with 6-BA(7.5mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L);(2)6-BA and NAA can stimulate PLBs(protocorm-like bodies) formation and the effective ruslts could be obtained on MS 6-BA(10.0mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L);(3)The optimal mediums were 1/2MS and Hyponex mediums for proliferation and transformation of PLBs;(4)The relations between the concentration of sucrose and plantlets regenerations from PLBs could be formulated by y=-0.01992x~2+0.07751x+0.17000,and plantlets developed well on 1/2 MS containing 20g/L without any growth regulators.
