Local universities of our country has characteristic of great numbers,wide distribution and vast developing potential.Local universities' technology transfer center plays a very important role in local social economic development and is under the influence of multiple factors.Only bringing forth creative ideas to severs the local social development,carrying out innovative theory of technology transfer;making efficient university-industry cooperation alliance;establishing a long-term mechanism and effective model;constructing platform of creative research and development,transforming sci-tech achievements and public service and etc;can we better promote the construction of universities' technology transfer center and make greater contribution to local social development and economic construction.
