Abstract

The paper analyses the objective and subjective reasons for the employment difficulties encountered by the college graduates and suggests some tackling policies. Educate the students to form a new concept of employment; completely establish the employment market; set up a smooth employ ment infor mation system; colleges and universities should actively pioneer the employment routes; enhance the employment guidance for the college graduates.
