Abstract

Aid effectiveness is one of the agendas of foreign development aid,which provides the direction for foreign education aid.Under the FOC AC framework,China's education aid to Africa is expanding,and its influence is increasing.Hence,reviewing the policies and practice of our education aid to Africa under the agenda of aid effectiveness,and upgrading its effectiveness,is important for sustainabiHty of China's education aid to Africa.
