On the "Distance" in Aesthetic Experiences

Abstract

distance is a very important topic in experiences, which includes temporal distance. Spatial distance. Psychological distance and emotional distance. Aesthetic distance serves as a bridge to connect the subject with object. It is an important ingredient in aesthetic disinterestedness. Aesthetic distance defines the production of the object, while at the same time it arouses the ability of the perceiver. The interaction of the two sides decides the function of distance in experiences, i.e. distance is the presupposition of the experiences.
