Abstract

A 8-year-old female patient with skin tumor as the first manifestation of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in children is reported. The patient presented with skin tumor over the right nasal wing for 3 months and the tumor enlarged rapidly for one month. It did not accompany lympahadenopathy and develop visera involement. Histopathological changes showed that there was lichenoid infiltration of atypical lymphoid cells and no infiltration observed in the dermis. Immunohistochemically tumor cells showed positive staining for CD45RO and negative for CD20?CK?HMB45?CD30?CD68 and the diagnosis of T cell lymphoma was confirmed.
