Abstract

At the beginning of 90s in the twentieth century the Soviet Communist Party collapsed,because of the two reasons:the one is historical problem,the other is the highly centralized political system,and fainally lead to the Party cut itself off from masses.The collapse of Soviet Communist Part brings some enlightments for CPC,that is Perfecting and strengthenning the construction of thoughts,organization and style.
