Abstract
Based on the relationship between tourism and the regional economic development, this paper discussed the basic characteristics of tourism industry in the contexture of regional economy. Based on these, explored the basic principle and key points of the tourism industry organizations, put forward the concept of tourism industry clusters, tourism organizations and model of regional tourism industry of Henan province. Also the paper put forward the concrete measures for the industrialization of Henan's tourism industry.
